INSTALLATION OF 2013 OFFICERS

The installation of officers will be held on Saturday, December 1st.  The installation ceremony is held in open lodge, meaning that friends and family, including our ladies, are encouraged to attend.  The day is divided into three parts.

The first event is the Board of Past Masters, an instructional session attended only by sitting or past Masters of lodges.  The meeting is tiled, and usually lasts about 45 minutes.

The second and most important event of the day is the installation of 2013 officers.  Masons from Western Washington and Goldstream Lodge #161 in Victoria, British Columbia assist in the ceremony, which usually lasts around 2 hours.  Guests are encouraged to arrive 15 or 20 minutes prior to the beginning of the installation.  Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits or sports coats with tie.

The day is completed with a social / hospitality hour followed by a fabulous banquet.  The expected schedule for the day is:

                                    2:00          Board of Past Masters

                                    3:00          Installation Ceremony

                                    5:15          Social / Hospitality Hour

                                    6:30          Dinner
